In our expansion programme, the Company has commenced manufacturing FMCG products and a wide spectrum of Ayurvedic and Herbal Formulations, Food Supplements, O.T.C. Products etc. in Tablets, Capsules, Liquid Orals, Ointments, Creams, Tea , spices will be launched gradually in the future.
We are now in the process of building up infrastructures for a powerful product launch and appointment of C&A Agents Nation-wide has commenced on a war footing. To qualify one to become a C&A Agent, the following are the desired criteria :-
1) Adequate storage Godown facility admeasuring minimum 500 sq.ft., (5000 sq.ft. shall be ideal), where all requisite facilities need be provided in accordance with the norms of Food & Drug Administration and specifications of Municipal Corporation/Gram Panchayat.
2) The incumbent should have exposure to the operation of C&A Agency, preferably with Indian FMCG Companies, marketing wide range of products.
3) Contacts with large retail net work in the territory you propose to cater to shall be a prerequisite.
4) Should enjoy reputation in terms of service management.
5) Adequate Delivery arrangements preferably having own Delivery Vans, desired.
6) Should be financially sound and must have the capacity to invest a minimum of Rs.15,00,000/- to 20,,00,000/- by way of Security Deposit.
7) Should have the capacity to extend credit facility to Retailers as per prevalent practice and norms in the markets.
8) C&A Agent shall be required to maintain proper sales records.
9) C&A Agent shall assist the Company in expanding retail network in his territory and provide requisite feed back which would facilitate growth of sales in the assigned territory.
